RIPPED ("we", "us", "the service") is operated by a sole proprietorship registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). The service sells blind packs of real Pokémon TCG cards through ezripped.com. The two entry tiers (Starter RM 100, Bronze RM 200) ship as ungraded cards; Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers ship as PSA 10 graded slabs.
You must be at least 18 years old to top up real money or open a paid pack. The free welcome pack and the no-login test pack are open to anyone, but the cards we mail out require a Malaysian shipping address and a verified mobile number, which means you need to be old enough to hold a postpaid SIM in your own name.
A paid pack is a random pull from a fixed pool of cards. The pool, weights, and value range for every pack are published on the Pack odds section below. The card you pull is real and physically in our inventory at the time of the pull. You can keep it in your binder (digital), sell it back to us for 90% of its catalog value, or ship it to your address for the stated shipping fee.
Money you add to your balance via the Top Up button is play credit. It can be used to open packs or pay shipping. It is not a deposit, not a savings account, and not transferable to another user. We do not pay interest. See the Refund policy for the cases in which we will return unused play credit.
If you sell a card back to us, the proceeds (90% of the card's catalog value) are credited to your withdrawable balance. You can use it to open more packs, pay shipping, or request a withdrawal. See the Withdrawals section for the process.
We do not guarantee a specific card from any pack. We do publish the odds for every rarity tier on the Pack odds section, and we keep those odds constant across the entire pool — every pack of the same tier has the same weights. We do not weight against you based on your account, your past pulls, or anything else.
Don't try to break the service: no automated scripts, no abuse of the welcome pack via multiple accounts, no chargeback fraud, no using stolen payment instruments. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts engaged in fraud or abuse and to reverse credits derived from such activity.
We use OTP (one-time password) over SMS to bind a phone number to your account. A phone number, once bound, is permanently associated with your account — you can change to a new number but the old one cannot be reused by a different account, even if you unbind it. This prevents abuse of one-per-phone offers like the welcome pack.
We aim for high uptime but offer no SLA. We may take the service offline for maintenance, suspend it during disputes with our payment processor, or shut it down with reasonable notice. If we shut down permanently, we will refund unused top-up credit and ship out in-binder cards for the standard shipping fee.
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Material changes will be flagged in-app for at least 7 days before they take effect for existing users.

Every paid pack rolls one card from the pool below using a uniform weight table. The same six-rarity table is used across all tiers; the value pool changes per tier.
| Rarity | Rank | Weight | Approx. chance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Common | D | 43 | 43% |
| Uncommon | C | 30 | 30% |
| Rare | B | 22 | 22% |
| Epic | A | 3.5 | 3.5% |
| Legendary | S | 1.4 | 1.4% |
| Mythic | SS | 0.1 | 0.1% (≈1 in 1,000) |
Weights sum to 100. We do not bias against any account.
| Tier | Pack price | Card RM range | SS dream |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | RM 100 | RM 30 – 800 | RM 800 |
| Bronze | RM 200 | RM 60 – 1,500 | RM 1,500 |
| Silver | RM 500 | RM 150 – 4,000 | RM 4,000 |
| Gold | RM 1,000 | RM 300 – 8,000 | RM 8,000 |
| Platinum | RM 2,000 | RM 600 – 16,000 | RM 16,000 |
Expected sell-back value per pack opened is roughly 60–65% of the pack price across all tiers. In plain English: most pulls return less than you paid; the chase is the SS-rank card at the top of the tier.
The free welcome pack always gives the lowest-value card in the Starter pool. One claim per account and one claim per verified phone number — a phone that has ever claimed cannot claim again, even on a different account.

Money you earn by selling cards back to us (the sell-back bucket) is withdrawable to your Malaysian bank account. Money you topped up (the top-up bucket) is play credit and is not directly withdrawable — see Refund policy for the unopened-pack case.
Every request goes through manual review for fraud screening. Typical timeline:
You can cancel a pending request from the same screen and get the funds back instantly.
Minimum: RM 10. Maximum per request: none, but first-time withdrawals over RM 1,000 may require a copy of your IC matching the bank account name (anti-fraud, not us being curious). We may pause withdrawals temporarily during a fraud investigation involving your account.
